I'm writing from Germany and I know a plenty about the history of the Loebner firm. I have several researches and an new article is published in Chronometrophilia 77(2015)page 40 - 62. This is a horological magazin published in Switzerland.

Your clock is very interesting. The given address tells me that this clock was made 1935 - 1937. The shop of Loebner was located in the Potsdamerstr. 5 for a very short time only.
Your clock is part a time measurement apparatus for the measurement of short times especially in sports. I don't think that your clock is military. The only task of this clock is to send electrical 1 sec impulses to a registration unit named Zeitdrucker.

What will happen with your clock? Do want to collect or do you want to sell it?

Cum de nu l-ati pus intai de vanzare aici sau pe un site romanesc? Poate "avem" si noi colectionari care cauta astfel de piese...Sper ca macar neamtul sa fi dat un pret bun si nu o teapa.

Nu neg faptul că la noi sunt şi colecţionari serioşi,dar marea majoritate sunt şperţari.Banii care i-am primit pe acest ceas, ce l-am achiziţionat în România mai pe nimic,deşi a stat pe un seit destul de mult timp,fără a-l băga cineva în seamă,nu i-aş fi primit niciodată în România.Pe lîngă arcul balansierului, neamţul mi-a spus că îi mai lipseşte şi un temporizator.Reparaţia în Germania,1700 de Euro.Cu toate astea,nu mi-a spus-o pentru a scade din preţ,iar plata a fost prin Pay Pal.Vreau să adaug ,că eu fac comerţ cu nemţii de nişte ani.Sunt foarte corecţi.
