TAG Heuer Carrera – Primul ceas creat special pentru motorsport
http://www.stylereport.ro/stil/tag-heue ... motorsportUn articol in romana despre un model relativ nou - foarte bine.
I've done some research and still clueless.
http://forums.watchuseek.com/f2/who-pro ... 56831.htmlhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronograph"There has been dispute over who actually created the first automatic chronograph, since three contenders all got automatic chronographs to market around the same time in 1969. The three contenders were Zenith, Seiko and Chronomatic - a collaborative endeavour consisting of watch and movement makers Heuer, Buren (acquired by Hamilton during the development process), Dubois-Depraz and Breitling.
All three seems to have had working prototypes as least as early as the second half of 1968. Who really finalized the development of their movement is very difficult to tell.
Zenith was the first to announce an automatic Chronograph, which they did on January 10, 1969. However, Zenith was the last of the three contenders to get the watch to market, as they only had production samples to show, and was not yet ready for mass production. Seeing as both the Chronomatic collaboration and Seiko (as well as Zenith) all had their prototypes ready earlier 1968, many claim that simply announcing the movement first does not qualify as being first with the new type of movement. Zenith, however, named their movement El Primero, which means "the first", and still markets themselves as making the first automatic chronograph."
