6119's have a push type quick set. depending on the generation of the movement, IIRC you'll have either date only pr both day and date quicksets. From the neutral position, push the crown in. This should changed the date. If you push harder and deeper, you should activate a second quickset that will change the day of the week (if yours doesn't have this then you'll have to cycle the hours back and forth to set this wheel). Set them both to yesterday and then cycle through the hours until they both advance naturally to today. then cycle the hours to the actual time, taking into consideration PM or AM.

Do keep in mind that on occasion a dirty mechanism will cause the quickset to jam. This is especially true of the deeper position for the Day wheel. if this happens the wheel might start to turn but not fully change over. This is indicative of your movement needing to be cleaned.
